Summary
Teamway is a future-of-work tech startup (seed round), innovating how companies hire and manage pre-vetted, remote tech talent through a self-service platform. The talent network is designed to decentralize work and redistribute value and power to all stakeholders. Acquired in July 2023.
Highlights
Established a streamlined self-service flow, from sign-up to hiring purchase, and developed tools for commercial teams to receive timely notifications and take immediate action. Resulting in low touch sales and hiring flows.
Implemented a structured feedback system that ensures fairness and anonymity, of testing processes and highlighting the exclusivity of talents who successfully passed evaluations. Visulising this flow that resulted in shorter hiring process for the customers.
Established cross-functional teams to collaborate on product roadmap and prioritize feature development based on customer needs and market trends.
During my time, Teamway acquired 1,000+ top %5 tech professionals from 90+ nations to our talent network and served customers from 8 countries, such as IKEA, Danske Bank, Verisure, Aller, and &Open.

Managed the refocusing project of 23 Video from being an OVP to a targeted marketing product.
Led the Webinars product from inception to 500+ customers.

An internship as part of the advanced prototyping team, a cross disciplinary team of 8-10 members. We developed UX patterns for the next generation Blackberry OS. I was involved in both conceptual and visual design stages of various size projects.
